Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any orders placed under your account will be considered authorized by you.
Liability and Indemnification
By using our website, you agree to indemnify and hold Box Mate Industries LLC, its directors, employees, vendors, affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Our total liability to you for any claim, whether in contract or tort (including negligence), shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question. Return and Refund Policy
If you find a defect or quality issue in your order, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. While we do not offer cash refunds, we do provide free reprints for verified company-side defects.
If the issue is determined to be due to client error (such as incorrect files, design, or instructions), the customer will bear all reprinting expenses. The full order must be returned within 7 business days to qualify for a reprint.
Order Placement, Payment & Cancellation
All prices on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Production begins only after full payment is received, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
Customers must approve a digital proof before printing begins. Once a proof is approved and the job is sent to production, no further changes can be made.

Cancellations are allowed within 4 hours of proof approval, subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

After 24 hours or once printing has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Design Orders
Design service fees are non-refundable once work has begun. By approving design proofs, you acknowledge your satisfaction with the provided design service.
Sales Tax Policy
Sales tax applies to all orders as required by law. If your organization qualifies for tax exemption, please provide a valid tax exemption certificate at the time of order placement.
Artwork / File Submission
All artwork must be submitted at 300 DPI resolution in CMYK color format. Box Mate Industries LLC is not responsible for color shifts or pixelation resulting from incorrect file formats or low-resolution artwork.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have authorization to use all elements within the file. We reserve the right to refuse printing orders containing offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
Proofs and Color Accuracy
We require client approval for all proofs before production. Once the proof is approved, printing will begin immediately.
Please review all details carefully — we are not responsible for delays caused by late approvals. While we strive for color accuracy, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed due to printing process limitations.
Overruns and Underruns
We aim to deliver the exact ordered quantity. However, due to manufacturing tolerances, a 5% overrun or underrun may occur. You will only be billed for the quantity delivered.
Changes to Website and Terms
Box Mate Industries LLC reserves the right to change, update, or remove any part of the website or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
