Returns and Order Cancellation Policy for Box Mate Industries LLC
At Box Mate Industries LLC, customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. We understand that, at times, you may need to cancel an order or report an issue with your product. This policy explains our procedures for refunds, returns, and order cancellations for all purchases made through BoxMateIndustry.com.

Refunds & Returns
All our packaging products are custom-made according to each customer’s unique design specifications, materials, and dimensions. Because of this, we recommend reviewing all proofs and details carefully before final approval.
If you notice any issue or discrepancy in your received order, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving it by emailing sales@boxmateindustry.com.
Company-Side Defects
If the defect or printing issue is verified to be our responsibility, we will reprint your entire order at no extra cost. Our quality control team will assess the claim, and the company’s decision regarding the nature of the defect will be final.
To process a reprint, customers must:

Return the complete order within 7 business days of receiving it.

Cover the shipping cost for the return.

Provide clear photo evidence or documentation of the defect before the reprint is approved.
Client-Side Defects
If the issue arises due to incorrect artwork, file setup, or instructions provided by the client, Box Mate Industries LLC will not be held responsible.
If a refund is still requested, the customer must return the entire order, and the following costs will be deducted:

Printing and setup costs

Shipping and handling charges

Billing and transaction fees
Order Cancellation
Once your proof is approved, the order is immediately forwarded to our production department. You can cancel your order within 4 hours after proof approval.

A 5% cancellation fee of the total order value applies for cancellations made after processing begins.

Orders that have entered the printing or production stage cannot be refunded.
If the order has already been processed but you wish to delay shipment, we can store your packaging in our warehouse free of charge and ship it at a later date upon your request.
